Terms of Service for First Coast Pickleball LLC



Welcome to the First Coast Pickleball.

 

 By signing up, you agree to the following terms:

 

  1. Season Registration

 

  1. To participate in First Coast Pickleball’s leagues, a registration fee per player, per team is required.

 

  1. Payment is only refundable in accordance with our Refund Policy.

 

  1. Unauthorized Use and Player Misconduct

 

  1. Unauthorized use or presence of players in matches, as well as playing in the wrong skill bracket, is strictly prohibited.

 

  1. Any violation of fair play and league guidelines may result in immediate suspension and a ban from participating in future seasons.

 

  1. League Authority

 

  1. First Coast Pickleball LLC reserves the right to make decisions on player eligibility, rule enforcement, and any matters related to fair play.

 

  1. Decisions made by the league officials are final.

 

  1. Code of Conduct

 

  1. Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes sportsmanship, fair play, and respect for fellow players and league officials.

 

  1. Violations of the code of conduct may result in penalties or expulsion from the league.

 

  1. Changes to Terms

 

First Coast Pickleball LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time without notice. Continued participation implies acceptance of the current Terms of Service.
